Shipping Policy
99% of all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS the same day or within 1 business day of receiving the paid order. Orders placed on business days that are placed after that day's carrier pickup will be shipped out the next business day.
Shipping Pricing
During checkout you will have the ability to view different carriers and options for your delivery. You may choose the option that best fits your budget and speed of delivery desired. Shipping & handling charges for your entire cart are reflected in real time at checkout for you to choose from. In the event your chosen carrier or method of shipping is unavailable after you have already checked out, Me 'n Mommy To Be will use a similar or better carrier and delivery speed to ship your order. If any additional charges are incurred beyond what the customer paid at checkout due to this change then Me 'n Mommy To Be will cover any additional shipping costs at no cost to the customer.
Package Tracking & Delivery
Once an order is shipped from our processing facility in Ankeny, Iowa you will be immediately notified via Text and/or email whichever communication preference you choose at checkout of your orders status. That communication will also include a package tracking number for your carrier's choice. The customer is then able to track the package through delivery.
If the package is lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be will work with the carrier who had the package and the customer to rectify the situation. Additional paperwork may need to be completed by the customer for this type of claim. Once the package has been delivered by the carrier Me 'n Mommy To Be cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend having packages delivered to a location where someone will be present to accept them such as an office or place of work.
We make every attempt to process and deliver your orders as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During peak holiday shipping time (Thanksgiving to Christmas) please allow extra time for delivery time.
